It's not my intent to air any dirty laundry on the forum, but I have a problem with a smart-box order via
contractor-books.com and they will not respond to any of my inquiries. Has anyone had similar problems and how did you get them resolved?

I have never ordered from these guys before but was wondering if you have also tried contacting them through electrical-contractor.net?
Maybe they have a problem with email delivery at the other address.
It also looks that they use a lot of third parties for order fulfillment, so it may just take a while to get an answer.
