.... I took this photo this week on a job site. The temporary panel had to be suspended from the ceiling in order for the masons to perform work. Unfortunately, it was left that way, as you see here. I guess that the 10' ladder is an attempt to make the panel compliant with the "readily accessible" standard?!?

Was meant to be a temp set up, but as usual it became a permanent set up.

When you move a panel like this, do you normally have to pull a permit and have it inspected or do you rely on good common sense and workmanship practices?

An inspector would definitely have red-tagged this...

There should at least be something placed under the bottom of the Panel, to take the wieght off of the cables entering the top, or is that Conduit I see going in there?.
