Keep the kids away from the damages and exposed wiring.

Looks like the cable is Romex? The run comes from a restaurant underground.

If you like that you would really love a trip through the north end the exposed wiring is everywhere. Even with the extreme dangers that are now apparent to me I'll still take my lunch break on Newbury St. on a warm summer afternoon (wink, wink!).
