In #18, we have green on the breaker and red on the neutral. In #20 we have white, green, and ORANGE on the neutral bus.

It looks as though somebody just couldn't be bothered to do a proper job each time a circuit was added. Just run the wires into the wooden cabinet and link 'em up.

The "Bow-Tie" of red and white wires on #19 is a nice touch, not to mention the Romex cup holder! [Linked Image]
