I am new in electrical contracting business, located in Eastern North Carolina. I am looking for Form- Accept or Decline to be fixed, after service call.

Also will be big help if anyone have price (material/parts+ labor) for electrical services (for basic electrical services. I know that I have to make my own pricing- estimating system, but from something i should start.

Thanks.
