question can you use more than one ground on a ground clamp on the water pipe,does the ground pipe have to be bonded.

Any wire terminal has to be listed for use with more than one conductor if you want to use it that way.

I have not seen ground clamps listed for more than one conductor.

If you mean does a metal raceway enclosing a grounding electrode conductor need to be bonded the answer is yes it does need to be bonded at each end.
