I have a 100A disconnect on a pole that is going to feed a mobile home. The problem is that the neutral bar doesn
't have room to accommodate both the neutral and the ground connection. Question; Can I attach a bolt-on lug by machine screw to the enclosure to pick up the ground wire. This is the main service and the enclosure is bonded to the neutral bar.

Will your POCO let you ground it in the meter base? If they do, your AHJ should pass your inspection. My inspectors would accept the bolt and nut thing, but I know it will take a bashing here.
