I recently found these in a kitchen that I was re-wiring. They are an old box mount transformer and buzzer.

Actually I thought I recently saw the transformer listed in an Edwards catalog but I know for sure that buzzer / bell combo listed as a "buzzabell" ( Edwards cat # I don't remember) is still made.
