Ahhh "Bakelite"!! I remember that stuff! Broken ground sections.... ½ missing receptacle faces... busted off toggle switches... Wirenuts? I havent seen those in bakelite for a while! I wonder how old the fuse puller is?

PS.. On the recept, they make a point of telling you it has a "U Ground"... Don't all 5-15/20 recepts have that?
