There are two things about this video that scare me.

"You tripped the breaker again .... it melted it the second time." Guess some are slow learners.

The slow, lack of response from the friend. I could have had a 3-course meal before that friend would have decided that, maybe, serious professional help was called for.

Some people just have no brains do they?
Hopefully that guy learned from his little tingle there, but if he is the sort to work on a live circuit, I wouldn't put money on it.
