NEC Code Making Panel 1 revised 110.16.

They added "meter socket enclosures", updated the reference to NFPA 70E current edition, and added a new Fine Print Note to mention 1584-2002 IEEE Guide for Arc Flash Hazard Calculations 2002

This guide provides techniques for designers and facility operators to apply in determining the arc flash hazard distance and the incident energy to which employees could be exposed during their work on or near electrical equipment.

Contents : Includes a CD-ROM containing 2 Arc Flash Hazard Calculators and 3 Test Data files.
