I am involved in remodeling an old office building circa 1920. Inbedded in the plaster is a flat or oval shaped emt. Has any one seen this and can I get fittings for this odd shape? I would like to use some of the conduit instead of demo plaster for new conduit.

Thanks
Joe

mtnman, I thought i had seen it years ago and now i know it wasn't just a faulty memory. I've tried to find it to no avail and no one i work with has ever heard of it.
As i recall i think it was called oval-duct but now it's used to describe hvac duct.
