I'm and electrician out of local 46, and I was wondering if there is any local 3 hands on the forum. I'm really interested in the new world trade center and who got the bid on that or if your going to be working on it. -Erik

I think they recently approved the conceptual layout (building size, height, quantity, etc).
I doubt they are at the contractor stage unless it is design/build.

Here's a link to local 3's web site. No info there but maybe you could shoot them an e-mail. As I understand it local 3 is very hard to get out of on book 2. Referrals are BA to BA only and they are not very kind to travelers. Unless the economy pick up it would be maned with all local hands anyway. (Provided a union contractor gets it)
