I am looking for a small wire bending tool that fits on the end of a rachet. I have looked at Greenlee & Klein but there tools are to large. I saw this tool in a trade mag some years ago. It was small with two pins mounted on a small plate which mounted to the rachet. It looked as if it could be used inside a tight areas better than most. Does anyone know what I am talking about or were I can get one. Also if anyone thinks they are a waste. Thank you.

I know it's not exactly what you're looking for, but Klein makes a Phillips screwdriver (I think it just comes in the #1 size) that has a little post on the handle.
You stick the end of the wire between the shaft and the little post and turn and the tool makes a neat hook in a piece of solid #14 or #12 so you can put it on a device's terminal screw.

I ocassionally use a Klein 50400 in meter sockets and residential panelboards. It is about 12" long and provides leverage to help maneuver 200 amp SE cable into place. You can use 2 of them together to help put tight bends into cable, as well.

SvenNYC is right, except that Klein actually puts that little post on quite a few of their screw drivers. Pretty handy.
