The new inspector is a retired EC and will be part-time until demand picks up. He is quite knowledgeable regarding what is reasonable and what is overkill. He has an outstanding reputation in the area from his days as an EC and helps EC's in the area when they need advice. Neil and I will be working with him for 90 days, as per our agreement with the board.
