How do I post pictures on this BB? Is there a way I can email them to the site?

So if I want to post some pictures in the "Photos submitted for discussion" area I have to email them? Is there anyway I can post them directly without having to do that? I tried to cut and paste it into the message but it didnt work. I havent put pictures online before so any help is appreciated. Thanks.
