What grades of electrians do other countries have?

Uk
Appretice :- as the name says
Electrician :- works on site installs to given plans
Approved Electrician :- works on site, responsable for all electrical instalation work, and certification

Recognized in the industry.

Here in NC we have either a licensed electrical contractor, or someone who is not.
They can be called wiremen, electricians, helpers, etc...
