60 amp pull out handle style disconnect serving hot tub. Total melt down on pull out.
All set screw connections were tight.
Replaced and checked amp draw on tub, 27amps
It looks like the pull out was sloppy from the factory. Unit was running for 5 yrs.
Anyone ever see Cutler Hammer products fail?

Is it possible someone didn't have it lined up properly when they hammered it back into place and bent up a contact strap?
