what would be a fair price for installing 200 amp service to new moble home. This would include everything needed outside to the panel in the home.

Utility regulations, local building codes, length of service, underground or overhead, as well as wages and material price variations in differing locations all have a bearing on the price. You best bet is to get 3 or 4 estimates from local contractors.
