IM putting 5 = 500w halogen 120v fixtures on each side of my restraunt. Shoul they be on seperated circuits ? What size wire ?

Not meant to insult you Stan ... but if you're asking you're probably not an electrician and there's a lot of liability issues in a public restaurant. You might want to call a licensed electrician.
