The only one I worked on only needed grounding, basement lighting, HVAC and to have the panel set on the wall and the tail extended to the meter. The panel was already cut down and labeled

The ones I have dealt with also needed splices to be made from one half to another for 3 ways etc in Basement and Attic. If there is a second floor there might be some Homeruns (tails hanging) that need to be run to the panel.

modulars are not all created equal, however they all fall under the catagory of "I want it fast & cheap", and as such , much workmanship ( as well as apparently lobbied codes) follows suit.
The 'list' you inquire of could well be made from any prints forwarded to you......
