Allowing substandard and lousy work or making possibly better money?
The choice is not easy especally if you have a general who is only intrested in how much he pockets.
If the general/owner is not willing to pay more for quality work, you will just have more frustration.
Untill a strong enough inspection program is in place, the elcheapo fly by nites will always hurt those who do good work. When generals/owners get hit in the pocket book, then and only then will elcheapo be out.
