What is the minimum requirements for industrial lighting in warehouse applications. I have checked OSHA, NIOSH, and ANSI. Did I miss it?

20 footcandles. Source: Illuminating Engineering Society of North America. Is that the information you were looking for?

There is no code required minimum for ambient lighting. The IES is a good source for suggestions.
Depending on the jurisdiction, NFPA 101 may dictate emergency egress lighting level minimums.
