I have my first multifamily dwelling renovation. I might need to confirm my calculations. This is the info.
38 units, 600 sq-ft each, 2 s a circuits;4 laundry circuits for the whole bldg; 1500w microwave and 1500w refrigerator each unit; heating would be 3-2000w(8 feet) 1-1000w(4' feet) electric heaters;(A/C load would be omitted)And would be supplied by 240/120 1 phase. Ok guys punch some number

What numbers did you come up with?

Did you include "House Circuits" in your calcs? (exterior lighting, specific loads, etc.)

Are the units using Non-Electric Cooking equipment?

Any Elevators? (possible ADA requirements),

You mention this is a "Renovation", what are the existing Service spec's and details?
Also, what is fed at each unit?

these is a 5 story building, no elevator, 1 stair 5 lights per floor common area so 25 lights 2-60watts fixtures, cooking is gas, there are 60 amps subpanels each apartm. There is an existing service 4 - 100 Amps each disconnect feeds 10 or 9 apartments.
