e57 in reply to your question this in its current state is just a garage that happens to have compressed air pipe. The pipes will mainly be used for filling tires running nail guns etc. A small table saw will be in there as well as my tile saw and compound miter saw. The piping is really overkill but as this is where we plan to live for some time and I had access to the pipe threader, the $100 I spent on pipe seemed worth it.
Interestingly enough the AHJ felt the hose was enough to isolate it from energizing. (we have a single inspector for all trades)
Being that this is my house we have decided to use 250.66 and use a #2 to bond it to the Ufer.
