I just found out that Wisconsin adopted the 2005 NEC on September 1, 2005. That's 8 months faster than for the '02. You can download Comm 16 (which legally adopts it with amendments) on the State's web site. I don't know if my message would be lost if I went to look for the link so I'll try to post it later.
