Does a hot tub need a disconnect at the site? Or a GFCI breaker will suffice out of site.
I know in a commercial non residential setting there is a emergency disconnect required. How about a residential setting?

680.12 requires the disconnect to be readily accessible and within sight of the equipment that it serves...
