I am going to bid on changing the service in each apartment of a ten unit apartment complex. Each unit is connected ene to end and has it's own meter outside and the service equipment in each basement(something like a condo). They were built about 25 years ago when it was allowed to bond the grounding electrode conductor to the nearest cold water pipe. The problem is there is only one water meter for the entire complex.Since the largest service conductor 100 amp, do I run a #6 grounding electrode wire down the center of the complex and tap off a #6 wire to each service and tie the last one to two ground rods outside?
Thanks Ron

Look at 250.64. It should cover your installation.
