As a personal matter I try not to wire lighting with any circuit that may need to be serviced. If the disposal circuit trips the lights are still on and I can troubleshoot with plenty of ambient lighting instead of using a flashlight, floodlight, or arclight. Ouch!

I try to keep recepticles and lighting on seperate circuits as much as possible. Plenty of light when you have to work on a bad recept. and plenty of places to plug in work lighting when you have to work on the lights.
