Can anyone tell me if all GFCI's have open neutral protection. I have a call into UL but haven:t heard back from them as of yet. Also is this type of GFCI required on all construction sites. I know it is Not a code requirement (open neutral protection on gfci) but I think its a OSHA requirement.

No, all GFCI receptacles do not have the open neutral protection circuit required by OSHA for extension cords on construction.

As far as I know, the open neutral protection is only required on portable GFI devices.

Few things are harder to put up with than the annoyance of a good example.
