If you made the neutral-ground bond at the meter, then it shouldn't be done at the panels too.

If the panels are the service disconnects, 250.24(B) requires a bond in the panel even if there are other bonds on the line side of the disconnect(s).

gserve,
If there is not a factory provided method of bonding the grounded conductor to the enclosure, these panels are not listed for use as service equipment.

Don, These panels say on the label on the door to "ground" if required and have a arrow that points to the neutral bar. They are about 30 years old
