Does the NEC have jurisdiction over internal wiring in mass produced machines that are UL aproved.Does the UL and NEC follow the same code and rational. Thanks

If the Listed equipment is defective ( in it's listing) contact the NRTL organization for an appraisal of their label.

Have, several times, noted listed equipment which did not meet the NRTL LISTED label.

Have been at meetings where the NRTL organization has used the words similar to:

"You inspectors are our eyes and ears in the field"

Remember, many listed products production lines are not inspected daily and many items can go into the field which have labels , but have not been actually inspected.
