Recently seen an installation where a Temporary Pole (TP), 3Ø 3W corner grounded system, meter, Fused 60A Main disconnect which supplied a panelboard about 16" away, inside what I call a metal residential utility shed, about 6' square. The panelboard was secured to a plywood backing board which was attached to the inside of the shed walls.
This panelboard supplied one 20HP, 3Ø 3W motor setting on a wood pallet secured to the asphalt parking lot with what appeared to be long drywall screws.
All electrical equipment was independent of bonding to the metal utility shed which was also screwed to the asphalt.
No bonding of the electrical system to the metal shed because of not having a listed connector to do so ????, I think not.
Does this shed require a light?
210-70(c) does not seem to require one ( "For attic and under floor spaces - - -."
220-3 requires the service and premise to be ample in size.
