i have two above groud fuel tanks want 110 volt pumps will the tanks have to have a ground rod drove an egc run to each tank

go to 515.16 NEC which will take you to 501.16 or 505.25 , first you'll have to go to 515.3 and get the right class, div , location and zone .

after reading 505.25 the answer is no.ground
