Looking for a supplier for recessed in-ground commercial floodlights for the purpose of lighting the flag at night.

and is there some place I can look up a code for pedestrian bridge lighting on the web?

Hubbell makes a good fixture for this. I've used the 100W metal halide with great success. (No Leaks!!)

Try ruudlighting.com.

Their applications engineers provide great phone support for free. They also have a try one for a month deal to see if the fixture is what you need.
