You can say that again!

We did heat mats on concrete steps on a new building, for snow and ice melting.

Dummy GC's forgot the handrails until after the pour, and you guessed it, they drilled right threw the mats.
Then becuase of the expense to tear out, they didn't want them fixed.

as far as the tiles i have infinite resistance....and checked after install b4 tile and resistance was to spec's...

Looks like the tile guys are eating this one but i still hate riping out a nice job for someone else being an ahole

Ive been a member for a while and man i really enjoy this site.

so much knowledge on one board and such a variety.
