I'm thinking the effect in that incident would be the same as opening a neutral in any common circuit, then imposing your body in the break in the wires...zapp city!

Poco guys I know always tell me that in HV, a neutral is rarely at true ground potential, same goes for grounds. A little thing called voltage gradients. [Linked Image] Really noticable in the Kv ranges.


Stupid should be painful.
