Anybody know the catalog # of a 100 amp breaker that goes in those GE panels that have the 1/2" THQP breakers? I didn't take the panel off tho look at the buses. I looked at the THQP's at Homedespot and noticed the tabs are a bit different than the regular snapins and the THQP's only go up to 50 amp.

Are you looking for a main breaker or a branch-circuit breaker?

You are correct that the highest amperage in a 2-pole, 1/2-size THQP breaker is 50a (THQP250).
