Are tandem (side-by-side) minis still made for Square D QO series (3/4") breakers?

Yes, they are still made and readily available. If your local distributor does not stock them, most Lowe's and Home Depot's have them in stock. They are running about $20 for a tandem 20 Amp. Below is the link to SD for reference.
