Curious, what do you charge for a new construction 6" recessed can ? Price to include can, lamp, trim and raceway. Also, state whether you are using pipe or NM cable.

Hey Bill,

I'm charging 100-125 per for halo white kits. new construction EMT. These are for residential remodleing, but open stud new work. basements, kitchens with the drywall removed.

I might have to charge a little more for the romex on thie first one to help pay for the learning curve. [Linked Image]

Remember from the business forum, we aren't supposed to base our price on the competion's price. But a little feel for the market certainly doesn't hurt.
