My best wishes to one and all for a Good Safe Holiday!!
Bill/Joe, and all the rest that provide the free help to all, thx for a great forum.
With all the diversity of experience(combined would add to hundreds of years), geographical help (worldwide), and technical expertise (engineers, inspectors, contractors, maintenance people, etc) given away here, if it was a consulting firm nobody would be able to afford it!
You're all a big bunch of Santas every day!

To quote Tiny Tim "and may God bless us, Every one." Hope all of you have a good Christmas and let's look forward to a good year. The comment about all of the experience and expertise here is right on the mark, I have received so much good info here. Merry Christmas and to all a good night! Also don't eat to much.

This Forum adds a whole new dimension to the idea of Community. I am honored to participate and grateful to all who contribute. This flow of ideas and civility help the world get measurably smaller each year, which, I am sure, reduces Santa's trip time and increases the time of giving. [Linked Image]

To a great bunch--

Merry Christmas and

Happy Holy Days to all.

Here's to peace and justice in the New Year.

As my Grandfather used to toast, "Un Svakatos", Lithuanian for "to your health"!
