Anyone have any information on suppliers of light lifts & installation? I have a client with a two-story entrance. I don't think the fixture will be very heavy, I'll have that information soon.

Thanks,
Dave

Others here probably have more experience with these lifts but here is a web site to get you started. http://www.aladdinlightlift.com

... I go with Curt,.. Aladdin,..Best in Show as far as light lifts go..they range in sizes so you wanna get the right one..A wee bit pricey,...but worth it..usually $600-$700.00 for a 300lb lift..(prices may vary, according to locale)... [Linked Image] [Linked Image]

i've installed alladin lifts before. the first one was about eight years ago. no complaints as of yet. they seem like a very dependable unit. the lifts are fairly easy to install. when you first energize it and start it winding it seems to go real slow. that is my only complaint. i guess speed is not essential when your dealing with a customers very expensive light fixture or chandelier. excellent safety features.
