My boss and I are having a disagreement with the sizing of a raceway bond. We have a 600amp service, with Parallel 350's fed underground to a distribution panel through pvc. I,m saying we need to have 1/0, and he is telling me #1. I'm a little confussed on where to find the sizing of this conductor. Should it be based on 250.66?

Never mind....I had a brain fart and forgot to look a little further...250.122. I lost. Now I owe the boss lunch.

Now you've got me confused. Why are you bonding PVC? If the parallel 350's were copper and in a metal conduiit, the bonding conductor would be 2/0.

Or, are you bonding a conduit that is after the service disconnect & overcurrent device?

I am bonding heavy wall conduit stubbed down, then changing to pvc underground, then back up in heavy wall again. And yes it is after the overcurrent device.

Yup, you owe the bossman a lunch. You going to get him something good?
