... and you will need to give them your bank account number so they can EFT the funds to you.

Don't do it. The transaction will be going the wrong way

This is a millennium scientific
computer game in which email addresses were used and it is a
promotional program aimed at encouraging internet users;so you do not
need to buy a ticket to enter for our online lotto program. Note that
this program was largely promoted and sponsored by a group of

I've "won" so many lotteries that I must be a billionaire by now. Phony lotteries seem to have replaced earlier Nigerian scams where a poor "victim of circumstance" with $30,000,000 or so needs you, an anonymous e-mail contact, to assist him in getting all this cash away from some terrible dictator, country, disaster, war zone, etc. If you bite, you'll be asked to provide your bank numbers, post a cash bond, or some other means to prove that you are "trustworthy and reliable."

Common sense says, if you didn't buy a lottery ticket, you didn't win anything. If by chance you did happen win an international lottery, first notification would at least be in the form of a registered letter if not a personal delegation showing up at your front door.

Never respond to this garbage no matter how tempting it is tell the dirt-bag how you really feel about him, his associates, and all of his ancestors! Doing so only verifies that your e-mail address is valid, which guarantees even more junk mail.

Well I don't need any lottery money, because right now I'm waiting for several nice Nigerian gentlemen to send me several million dollars which once belonged to some most unfortunate Generals. [Linked Image]

The phone number in Roger's winning e-mail is actually a cellphone. I'm sure that will inspire confidence. Mind you, just look at the e-mail address:

EMAIL: amexCONagency@fsmail.net

At least they got that part right! [Linked Image]

By the way, that 23 Rijnwegstraat must be a busy place. Just look at all the different lotteries running there:
