The only way to do it is http://www.nfpa.org/codesonline/ for $695
or if you become a member of NFPA ($135) you get special access to the NEC online.

It appears that those who did the programming did a poor job.

Netscape as I have it configured does nothing.

Explorer as I have it configured often does nothing and when something is done a Java error results.

I don't care to be told how to fix my machine to access the code.
