A 3-phase 200 amp 208V circuit is calculated this way:
200A X 208V X 1.73 (sqr root of 3) = 71,968 VA or 72 KVA
Single phase 600 amp 120V circuit is this way:
600A X 120V = 72,000 VA or 72 KVA.
It may be the same thing depending on what they are figuring. To rerfer to a 208V 200 amp service 600 amps of 120V is slightly unorthodox. Keep questioning until your sure your both on the same page here.
