Does anyone know of a low voltage dimmer that can be used on the secondary side of an electronic transformer (120/12 volt) to dim some lighting I've installed in kitchen cabinets?

I'm looking for something small that I can hide in the cabinet. I have 40 watts of lighting @ 12 volts...

What about one of those touch dimmers. It's been a while but I think it was part of the transformer.
