I am looking to outsource my Texas Electrical Masters License.
Could anyone tell me what the average fee is to lease a license? I will be a “Non-Working” Master, use of license only.
Thanks.

Let's see how much you would need to charge here in New Jersey.

Let's say you leased it out for 30 days,
a fine of $5,000 per day for 30 days would be $150,000 then you could mark-up a profit on the fines of say 10%, so let's say $165,000 then attorney fees to keep you out of jail, here in Jersey a good lawyer may cost you $30,000 so just add that as overhead, now your up to 195,000, so lets say a fair price would be $200,000 for 30 days, this would be a one shot deal, you would never hold a lic., in this state again.

Oh, just one more problem, if the person using your Lic., causes any loss or injury, you may face criminal charges.

David,
How do you suppose that you could possibly be a

and still oversee the work being performed under your name.

Fella, you have to be at least employed by the company you are mastering for and as I understand it...not employed by anyone else.

You worked pretty hard for that license and now you're willing to risk loosing it, facing real hefty fines, and possible jail time just to lease it out to someone who more than likely doesn't give a hoot about you at all.

Now that strikes me as real DUMB!
