Uh, maybe that is why I always used an AAMI test load for accurately testing medical devices for leakage back when I was in a dialysis clinic? Duh! Sometimes I forget to connect all the dots. Of course I was not aware of the caps in the first place since I have no schematics available. Main difference with the medical environment was we expected a much better isolation with medical devices- >100uA was failing.
