I am with you!! I have become very careful about contractors. I presently only work for 2 small outfits. 1 uses me exclusivly, the other has 1 other EC and he goes back and forth. I beleive he chcks pricing from time to time to keep us honest. And I have no problem with that. 70% of my work is repeat commercial /residential owners. Presently I,m scheduling for Jan.
